1. 2. Purpose of Data Processing
Our data processing is based on pre-contractual fundamentals according to article 6 (1) b. DPBR1 or on contractual basis, to inform, to offer or to fulfill a contract between you, your company and us, or to safeguard a task in the public interest acc. Art. 6 (1) e. DPBR. i.e. to track and trace within a crises.

Personal data may also be obtained from public registers or address publishers according to Article 6 (1) b. DPBR. In this case we refer to Article 14 (5) b DPBR.

For this we process personal data, in particular names, email addresses and telephone numbers of our contact persons from the departments (i.e. General Manager, Purchaser, Quality Management, Quality Assurance or Logistics). Video surveillance on our premises is carried out only in the exercise of our house right and to prevent for theft / vandalism.

1.3 Application
To process applications, we have to collect process and use personal data. Data transmitted by email will be directly forwarded to the person in charge and treated as confidential. Appropriate technical and organizational measures ensure that these personal data are treated according to the legal requirements.

You are welcome to send us your documents by post instead. After completion of the application process, but no later than after 6 months, the personal data will be automatically deleted, unless you explicitly consent to storage over a longer period.

1.4. Recipiens of your data
In case of external service providers for execution or processing of data, contractual relations ship is based on basic legal requirements. For the purpose of accounting, we provide data to our German based Group accounting. We only transfer your personal data to third parties, if required by law or in the case of a crisis by the authorities. In individual cases, the transmission of data to other authorized recipients could takes place. (§ 33 BDSG )

Video recordings on our site may be made available to the appropriate authorities at the request of the authorities or in the course of prosecution.

1.5. Data Storage
We retain your personal information as long as this is the case for business contact, but have to adhere to the legal requirements of commercial law and tax law (minimum 10 years). In individual cases, longer storage periods may be required, i.e. in case of legal disputes or if the deletion of individual or group data represents a disproportionate organizational effort. Video recordings on our site are saved for max. 8 days, unless there is a reasonable suspicion of a crime.

1.6. In-House Data
Personal data are kept as master data our order processing system to ensure a quick access to contact persons – especially in case of crisis. We also use personal information in our database for pre-contractual purposes.

1.7. Your Rights
You have the right to receive information about your personal data in our company. You can also ask for correction of incorrect data. In addition, under certain conditions, you have the right that we delete your data, the right to restrict data processing, as well as the right of data transfer.

The processing of your data is based on legal, pre-contractual or contractual regulations.

We need your consent only in exceptional cases. In these cases, you have the right to withdraw your consent for future processing. You also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection supervisory authority, if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful. YouTube
Our website uses plugins from YouTube, which is operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit one of our pages featuring a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. Here the YouTube server is informed about which of our pages you have visited. If you’re logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube allows you to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. Google Web Fonts
For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google.
